Le stage et les missions

An internship offer has just been opened within Airbus (Commercial
Aircraft), in Toulouse (Colomiers site).
You will join the 'Customer Front Desk' department within an international
team of 13 people based in France and Germany.

This department is responsible for supporting airlines on the content of
maintenance documentation. They use a tool called Tech Request to ask
questions/issue requests that are first analysed and if possible processed
(level 1 support) or forwarded to other departments that provide the
answers (level 2 support). The team handles more than 20,000 requests per
year.

Within the team, your mission will be to set up a reliable and relevant
customer request analysis system in order to make improvements that will
reduce these demands.

This internship will start from March 2018 (date subject to flexibility
depending on your school) and will last from 3 to 4 months.

After a phase of understanding how the service works and its activities,
you will be in charge of:
- Developing your knowledge of the Tech Request tool
- Benchmarking in other departments
- Analysing existing reports (classifications of requests, analysis of
volumes...)
- Making proposals for improvement: setting up a system for alerting and
monitoring requests
